Development shoot

For my development shoot, I wanted to explore the idea of a blur. previously in my shoot, I had shown blur through editing and overlapping. In this shoot, I wanted to show blur within the image takin. I used a slow shutter speed and placed my camera on a chair. as the image was being taken I slowly moved the chair sideways to creat a blurry image. I changed direction and speed to vary my outcomes.

Shoot plan

Where are you going to shoot?

Similar to my previous shoot I will be taking the pictures in the same set up as before against a white background

When are you doing to shoot?

25th January- 11AM-1 PM

What are you going to shoot?

Some of the objects from the other shoot- polaroid camera, and other objects- pencil pots, things in my study.

Weather?

Just like before the sky will be white and cloudy so the light coming in through my window should be bright enough to light my objects

Evaluation

The shoot overall was successful although I had some issues. After the shoot, I realised that I had been shooting with the wrong white balance mode. This, therefore, resulted in my images coming out with a blue tint. Using photoshop I was able to get rid of the blue tint but this took time and the shoot would have been easier if I had checked the setting before starting the shoot. what I've learnt is that next time I will check my white balance and any other details such as iso and aperture. Doing this will prevent mistakes like this happening again.
